Here we have a rare Mid-Century Modern Philco Predicta television. It is the rare corner console model. It is in amazing original condition. The wood finish is almost new with a great sheen. The TV has a small footprint and measures 34 1/4" wide x 16" deep x 33 1/8" tall. I tested it using a Variac, bringing it up slowly and to my surprise it works well. I got good controllable static and hooked it up to an old VCR. The VCR kept eating my tapes so I didn't get a picture, but you can see the video counter on screen in a couple of the pictures. I have not located a digital converter to test it with. While it works it should be checked out by a qualified technician before putting it into daily use.
